Kahr PM-9 Vs. Ruger LCP

I have a Kahr PM-9 that I carry most of the time, unless I am carrying a Glock of one caliber or another. I have a friend who just bought a Ruger LCP. He contends that the PM-9 and the LCP are pretty much the same because of their short barrels. What is your opinion?

I have to respectfully disagree with your friend. Saying a .380 and a 9mm Parabellum are the same because they both have short barrels, is like saying a VW bug and a Corvette Sting Ray are equivalent because they both fit in small parking spaces.
