Glock Factory Adjustable Sights

Hello, I have recently bought a gen 3 Glock 17, with adjustable factory rear sights. Could some happy sole tell me which way to turn the screws to zero it.

Adjust your rear sight in the same direction you want the bullet impact to go.

Example: The bullet impact is on the right side of the bulls eye. You want the bullet impact to go to the left so you move the rear sight to the left.
