i have a RIA compact that is "tactical except it has the solid trigger instead of the cheesey looking skelontonized one, and its has biddiy military sights.
i like the stock trigger but i just bought some fusion series 70 "3 dot" sights for it.
will drift out the old and drift in the new rear sight.
the front i will take to a gunsmith to have the old one removed and the new one staked in place.
these sights were under $40.00 and seem pretty nice.
anyone else upgrade their 1911 from the nub military sights to something more usuable without spening a mint doing it?
