Gen 3 slide on Gen 4 frame

Jr will a Gen 3 G17 slide fit and function on a Gen 4 G17 frame? Thanks

Yes you can put a Gen3 slide on a Gen4 frame however there will be an open gap around the duct cover area. I do not think you will like it.
