I own a stock Glock 19, is it possible to get and install a gen 4 dual recoil spring assembly in it? Or is there an aftermarket that is recommended?

The Gen4 recoil spring is different, it is a dual stage spring. The Gen3 recoil spring is a single stage spring. You can not switch them around.
