if he was lucky and knew where to get one.
I found polizei1 his VMII pretty quickly.
I don't think he'd be able to find a good leather holster by Christmas because of the lead times.

Sparks VM2, but you will pay +$100 to get one now. 7 month wait from Sparks.

That's why I said PLUS$100. :rofl:
Jeez oh man!! I cant believe the prices on some of this stuff!! Thank god i use kydex lol! I know there is a difference in quality, but even as far as IWB goes, i havent found anything more comfortable than the CBST, now i use the shielded holsters though from a forum member which are essentially the same thing. Don, you'll have to let me tote the KC around for a day and prove me wrong :)

I had a 5" VMII and found that it was too long for me to comfortably carry since i drive a lot. sold it for twice as much as i paid for it. So i pretty much got my 4.25" VMII for free (which i got at the same time) :supergrin:

preferably under 100 $
Mitch Rosen Premier is about $90
Occidental Stronghold holster $90
most other holsters are $125+
I'd recommend looking at http://www.5shotleather.com/owb.htm
High quality at reasonable prices. Not sure what his backlog is though. I have a CBS model that is going up for sale.

just the occasional trip to the range
{crickets}
i guess that Blackhawk would be ok.
If you want good quality and want kydex, then definitely go for a Raven. There is also a wait on these as well! The most useful holster i have ever used has been the Comp-tac locking paddle. When i used to use it in IDPA, people would ask what kind of inner/outer i used, i just smiled and said i didnt just a 5.11 operator belt and the holster

Wise decision. They are very well built. :thumbsup:
Have you looked at Tucker Gun Leather? they have Kydex holsters that are leather lined http://rlcompanyusa.stores.yahoo.net/sithky.html
I have a IWB Tucker Answer and really like it.
