New member, almost new g22

If membership in the .40 S&W Club is still open, and if you take requests, I'd like #696 - part of my G22 Serial #.

I recently picked up a used Gen 2, Model 22 inscribed on the right side of the slide with DETROIT POLICE DEPARTMENT. It seems to have been "gently used" and works great! (Now if I can just learn how to shoot straight...):whistling:

Nice pistol. Picked up a G22 police trade myself a few weeks ago. Very happy with the way it comes up to target and handles. Was pursuing a Gen3 G23 today but a Sig P2022 caught my eye.:wow:

I'd been hanging around GT for a while, but in my Quest for anything Glock, ran across the .40 club. Can't get enough info about Glocks!

BTW has anybody tried the LWD 6" barrel in their G22? Does that extra 1.5" look obscene? Got pix?
