How to tell? Baer 1911 Monolith Heavyweight

Hi, I bought a used baer monolith used a couple months back. And I'm just now wondering if is heavyweight or not. I dont have anything to compare it to. So whats the difference for the added weight and how can I tell?

That's not a heavyweight.

The line on the dustcover on yours is scalloped in front of the triggerguard, it's straight on the heavies.

(not really 'drop in' it required a little bit of reduction off the back of the MSH)

it actually looks exactly the same as a baer two piece well... without the blending :whistling:

i like the looks of that non-hw mono man... you really dont see very many of those at ALL.
