Kwart on this website makes custom sheaths for knives and guns. *Look him up.

I used Dave of Azrael's leather, from Jerzee Devil, who goes by Leatherface for a Tanto.

Almost any sheathmaker will make one for you. *You just need to send in your knife for a mold.
