slow loading of pages shopping sites

I'm trying to do some online shopping from Sears, LL Bean etc and those pages load so slowly.

Go to Glocktalk and it loads fine, even on pages w pictures.

Any quick, simple fix or is it just holiday volume?

Try clearing your cache, but most likely it's due to volume on the sights. You can always go to www.network-tools.com (http://www.network-tools.com) and ping the sight and see how slow or fast the returns come back.
