grip enhancers for small hands

JR, I have Gen 3 Glock 19 and 26 now with rubber slip-on grip enhancers. I feel my small hands and short fingers have trouble positioning correctly and I need that grip to be as small as posible.

What grip enhancer would you recommend that would thicken the grip the least while still providing reliable grip enhancement?
