26 and 27 recoil spring assembly

Hey JR got a couple of questions for you. Are the 26/27 recoil spring pounds the same? The reason I ask is I have a 40-9 barrel for my 27 and I have heard that sometimes there are fte issues with the weaker 9mm rounds. If the assemblies are different then I could just put the 26 assembly in to correct it. Thanks Jeff

The 26/27/33 recoil spring systems are all the same.
The FTE issues are caused by weak 115 gr ammunition. There is no issue shooting 124 or 147 ammo.
FYI: This weak ammo issue is the reason Glock inc has developed so many recoil spring "upgrades" for the Gen4 pistols.
