accidently field stripped glock 22 with magazine in

Today was my first time field stripping my gun, and I left the magazine in. I got the slide back on, and then realized my error. I did the procedure again w/ the magazine out and all seems okay, it racks a round just fine. Is there a chance I damaged the gun?

I sure feel dumb!

Nope! Zero damage to the gun.
FYI: It is a lot easier to re-assemble with the magazine out

Thanks for the reply. Once I realized what I had done, I felt like a real dolt! Shot the gun today for the first time, man what a great gun!
