GlockTalk has quickly become my favorite and most frequented forum out there. The reasons that make this forum the best is the mixture of good people and good information. We all share the same general interest of 1911's, whether they be customs, semi-customs, or production guns. We all have a passion for them.
I have been thinking as of lately what could improve this already great forum, and thought that starting a "Karma" thread would be a way to make it EVEN better. All of you know that you have spare parts, grips, holsters, ammo, literature, etc laying around that can get more use from another forum member. So in the spirit of Christmas, I figure this would be a good time to get something going like this.

** So everyone, break down, open those tight pockets and in turn you will receive some good Karma!!! Im hoping that this can become a trend and be turned into a site stickie. Feel free to just offer something up to the first poster or have some fun with it!

I will start by offering up a few items...
1. is a Wilson Combat bushing wrench that and WC sticker B&B Armory will be donating.
2. A WC extended mag release. Threaded blue mag release with stainless extended button.
3. 2 Wilson alloy baseplates for Wilson 10 round 9mm magazines
4. A set of Ergo flat bottom FDE rubber textured grips.

For item #1- All I need is a picture of your 1911 with standard GI recoil assembly and are in need of a bushing wrench.

For item #2 and #4- Show a picture of the intended gun you will use it on.

For item #3- Show me a picture of your WC 9mm mags with the old ETM basepads on them!

I am going to run items 1,2, and 4 until the day after XMAS and then pick a winner at random, item 3 will go to the first to post pictures.

**Guys please contribute to this as well and let's start something very special here!!!!

There yours Wade!! Send me a PM with your address. The only stipulation to the basepads are: You have to send me your Roger's Custom for a week to do a test comparison between the WC ETM's and my Tripp's. Just shoot me your FFL's fax and I'll get a copy of mine over to him and Ill PP you the shipping costs! Merry XMAS to me!!!

Thanks !!!! You know, I would like to know how the Tripp's work in it. The Wilsons wouldn't even go in the Springer until I sent it to Chuck. They bottomed out on the ejector. I'll have to order a Tripp and try it out.

Mmmmmm Sam Adams... my favorite by far!

I should try GLB.

Ever had Premium Nord-east? One of the best!

Made here in Minneapolis.

I'm not a fan of Boston Lager, but to be fair it's the only Sam Adams I've had yet...and I'm not a hophead. I tried Dogfishes 60m IPA and it was way too much for me (bitterness). But, I really want to try Sam Adams Irish Red Ale and English Brown. I've only had GLB Christmas and I didn't care for all the spices, I'm more of an Irish Red Ale/Brown Ale person.

Oh, and if you're ever near a BJ's Brewhouse/restaurant (there's one in Cinci), they have an amazing Irish Red!

Ditto that. Everyone here goes apesh1t over it this time of year. I'm not a big fan. The Oktoberfest is a much better seasonal. One of my frat brothers worked at GLB, so we would get their kegs for all of our parties. That did not suck.
