Slim Grip Screw Help

I'm still searching but coming up empty. Midway and Brownells only have the hex screws as does VZ.

Can anyone tell me where to get a standard slotted (Flat Tip) screws for my VZ slim grips? The Baer slim grip screws don't fit the grips and the bushings that Baer uses won't fit the grips either.

I have the hex grip screws but I cannot tighten them down properly without shearing the heads off.

Any help would be appreciated.
