scratch removal??

i have a nice little bi-tone champion
the frame is stainless it has some light scratches from carry
what would be the best thing to use to polish the scratches out
the sides of the frame is polished and the rounded areas are matt
any help on this would be appreciated

It would be a constant struggle to keep it from showing "scratches".
I would consider them rub marks more than scratches.
If you want to have a stainless gun that does not show these rub marks and scratches it would have to be Glass Bead Blasted to be matt finished all over.
You can try "Semi-Chrome" polish, or any good metal polish but you will find that it never really gets as smooth and shiney as the original finish is. Not without a lot of work to be sure.
I would just learn to appreciate the look of a well used and carried gun.
Otherwise bead blast it matt and not have to worry about it anymore.
