I browsed the dimensions of both on Glock's site and there is no difference so would it be possible to swap the barrels and magazines on my G19 (gen4) with a barrel and magazine for a G32?

You couldn’t be more mistaken! The 357 and 40 pistols are the same. The 9mm is much smaller;
