My first Compensated glock i also bought it to make my friend jealous since he went off and bought a G19c a month back without telling me till i got supprised.

Not too sure what i'm going to do besides throw my other night sights on and maybe shoot it but i think it's a great buy...I know C mode glocks are rare as is, once i saw this one i had to jump on it. :tongueout:

Looks like someone likes their "C" models

Glock23shooter
11-06-2010, 23:55
Everyone likes shooting a glock and havn't shot a C model then you don't know what your missing! It's one of the nicest features and is deff worth the extra money. the 3 C model's are G19c, 32c and 20c (10mm) Feels VERY nice. :)

Pretty much why i love them so much. The compensator makes a BIG difference for more accurate improvement and less recoil kick all tho glocks recoil's are smooth enough as is.

Very Nice! I'm sure you will like the 32 in 357Sig. If anything there should be more pressure with the 357Sig than there was with your G19 Compensated 9MM so you will likely notice even more recoil lift. Plus you could use it in an emergency survival situation to start a fire.

I used to shoot a lot of comped pistols. I found that the deposits on the front night sight after a few hundred rounds blocked the tritium glow. You can clean them as best you can, but never seem as good as new. Just one thing to consider.

Well didn't get the G17c "YET" but working on it next week or so but ended up getting this for a good price couldn't pass it up.

You are going to LOVE the 32C, great choice! The C part works too, but will be very loud. Have no problem hitting the hanging steel target at the range at 75 yards with mine, super flat shooting and very accurate with 125 gr bullets, scary accurate with the 147 jhp's. Enjoy!

I've always been curious about the C models. The definitely look cool. However I purposely ordered an OD G32 not C because I wanted the full muzzle velocity and energy. It just didnt make sense to loose even a tiny bit of power to reduce muzzle rise, if it was too bad (for me) I'd have just gone with a more controllable caliber.

Just quoting from the Glock manual there is 100 J less muzzle energy with the G32C vs the G32. I guess I have to shoot one though...

so yea after awhile of emailing back and forth on the gun trader i finally was convinced of trading my pristine condition XD 9mm subcompact for this G27 today.

What i found very interesting about the gun had the external safety feature added on the gun. basically like the decocker from the 1911's i also heard quiet a few people have got this done also...here is the pic of the safety on....

You got one with this: Let us know how you like it.

http://www.cominolli.com/ourproducts.html

Manually engaged safety lever provides an extra level of security and safety for Glock owners. Blocks trigger movement, allows the slide to be cycled and pistol loaded or unloaded with the safety on. Operates easily with your right-hand thumb. Contact pad is easy to engage, yet won’t interfere with holster fit. All Glock passive safeties continue to function normally. Gunsmith installation is recommended.

thanks for looking out man, he's asking too much for a used G17 not sure if the place i always go to still have it but they wanted $464 out the door for the G17C i was looking at. But out here it's tight on money so i think my FFL still has it on display :wavey:

C models LOL My buddy has a 19...now a 23 too...but the story is of the 19. He said he had a 19C and I asked him why in the world would a 9MM need to be C. I know he felt like I was calling his manhood into question but such is life. The next week at the range he broke it out and said just give it a try. Well......I had egg on my face...muzzle flip is reduced a a lot even in 9MM. I was sold, and have to remind myself try before you buy/judge/whatever. I like the C's a lot and the 23C was same story in regards to muzzle flip being reduced.

Congrats on the 32C, I love the SIG round(even though it is a pain to reload for), it packs a wallup, and the compensated version has to be loud, my P-239 SIG is a blaster, and they are are quite flat shooting, with the 125s. I can hit an 8 inch plate a 75 yards very consistently with my standard size XD 357, which I would trade for a Glock in a heart beat(like the XD, but ended up with two of them), good buy!

Nice, congrats! The last Suncoast gun show in Ft Lauderdale had a vendor from Miami with a Glock 19c gen 3. He tried to convince me to get it for $545.00 brand new. However, that was my first experience with a handgun, so, I told him I needed time to think and walked around to get my first bit of gun knowledge. I have come a long way since then.

When shopping for my G23, I shot a 23 and 23C back to back. I didn't notice much, is any difference. It was just a few mags out of each with rental range guns. Maybe I needed more time / experience to tell the diff.

I'm loving my G32 and I've felt the same way - have been considering the Wolf ported barrels that stick out of the slide. Not sure if I like that look though. Ideally, I'd LOVE a Gen4 G31c, with the grip chopped to G32 length for CCW. Now THAT would be a thing of beauty.

Congrats on the sweet purchase!

So...whats with the 10 ond mags, in Florida??? :dunno:

i believe this gun came from out west or up north, the guy had and didn't do much with it. everyone in florida hate single stack rounds esp from glocks so i might sell them or try to trade for the 13 rounders.
