A local guy has new stripped RRA lowers and single stage trigger LPKs for 175.00 for both. Is that the going price these days? I want to get one and use it in a build. How are they quality wise? Has anyone here used one? Thanks!

That's a good price,.......lowers are normally $99-$110
Lower parts kits normally run about $69

RRA good quality, good finish mid-grade receivers.

Lowers are between $110 - $425, depending on brands, features, etc.

LPK start around $50 and go up to $90.

I have an RRA lower, paid under $125 OTD, but from what I have seen they usually higher priced than other brand lowers. A good LPK is usually around $65 wheras DPMS lower kits can be under $55 but are known for being of poor quality.

$175 for both is a decent deal. The Rock River lower I have has a very nice finish and is a tight fit on my Colt and Bushmaster uppers. However, it is almost too tight on the Aero Precision upper I bought to use with it

I just bought it and put it together. I like the fit and finish on it. It went together very easily with a minimum of hassle. If fits perfectly with my BCM upper with no wobble at all. The good part is that I can push the take down pins out by hand even with the tight fit between the upper and the lower.

That's not a terrible price.
