Ok...so I've been slacking a lot lately on the pictures. I figured since it was a stock EMP everyone has seen it so no big deal, but I wanted to snap a few, just in case I decide to do any work later on.

The more pictures you guys post of the EMP, the more I want one. Please stop. Seriously stop. Crap, I am going to have to get some more overtime scheduled at work.

Love that gun Quack. I want one just like it in .40
Some say the size of your 1911 is a direct reflection of the size of your manhood.
I own long slide 1911 BTW, really long slides :)
That EMP is nice, congrats.

The EMP is one of the most beautiful guns made...and reliable.

Quack, I saw this gun in another thread and love what I see on it, except the trigger. That flat trigger just doesn't look like it would do me any good shooting. I liked how you change the sights out and took off the ambidextrous safety. I see that flat trigger on a lot of your gun pictures, so you must really like that thing. I'm itching for my first 1911, this EMP may be the one for me.
yep, the flat trigger works for me, the curved trigger isn't a natural trigger for my grip.

I love this platform. I wonder how bad the bite is on the .45 ACP Micro-Compact.

not bad, though i got rid of a 3" .45 1911 in favor of the EMP.
Someone wanted more EMP pics? :whistling::supergrin:

I run mine the same way. Grip screws are highly over-rated.
About the only way mine get to see grip screws, is if they're riding my hip that day, or we're going to the range to play. :dunno:

How is the shooting experience with EMP?
Is it enjoyable?
I like my airweight snub 38, but it's not something I'd put 200 rounds through for fun.
I'm looking for a fun gun these days....

It's a lot of fun to shoot. Haven't shot a .40 but the 9mm is smooth.
The shooting experience with the 9mm is awesome!! Cannot comment about the .40, but my co-worker, who i regularly shoot with, had one for 3 days and did not like it one bit. Not that it means anything but he shoots in expert class, so lets just say hes not a noob. I was in ATL when he got it so i didnt get a chance to run any rounds through it.
200 rounds of 9mm through an EMP is fun.

I love shooting my EMP. It's fun and extremely comfortable. For reference, I have smaller hands, so I probably wouldn't recommend a 3" if you have large hands. A commander might fit you better.
