Whats your take on this pistol? Never shoot one, but have handled one.
Are they junk or are they any good?
Thanks

I've shot one a friend had. Seemed ok, was very light weight.
I would not but one for myself, I'll stick with standard receivers

I've played with one that my brother owns. He told me never to buy one for reasons I'm not interested in divulging--suffice to say when he tells me something about a BM product, I believe him.

They will shoot all day long and they are more accurate than mst pistols. Recoil and especially blast are considerable.

Never had a problrm with the gun, but it has torn up a couple of optics pretty quickly. How many rounds before yours had problems? Specifically, what should I be looking out for? Mine has seen some hard use and I would hate to have it blow up in a students hand.

I have not owned one myself. Ill learn from others on this one. Once is to often in this instance.

why they may or may not last why take the chance if there is a question.

there are some threads out there where the builder made their AR at around 5.5 pounds with proven parts.

I think the Carbon 15's are neat, but only if you have money to spare and don't mind wasting it if it is a bust.
