Flashing H in my tool bar

Anybody know what this is? I placed my mouse over the H and seen that it said KUMA. I recently updated my AVG virus protection but I have never seen this before. The H looks almost the the H used to promote the History channel network.

Any help would be appreciate, as I just spent 175.00 getting this thing out of the shop.

by toolbar, do you mean down by the clock on the lower right portion of the screen (i'm assuming you're using windows)?

what happens when you right-click on it, or double click on it ?

I would be asking who ever I just paid $175 to....

Might be crapware that they install on everything through their door. I can't imagine doing something like this myself, but some shops are getting desperate these days.

Could be a left over utility too...

You could also uninstall it too! :cool:
