What are the safety hazards if I use a small, camping-style propane cook top (the kind that uses the small, green bottles of propane) in my home?

The scenario is that there is an event that causes gas/electricity/water to stop flowing into the home. I've got water, I've got food. I'd like to cook during this time.

Is there a safety concern?

Carbon monoxide poisoning is a possibility if you are cooking in an enclosed, unventilated space. Cook near an open window and create a cross breeze to ensure the gases vent outward.
