update; I had to go to and download an app direct from avg.it removed all avg stuff completely now.

No more traces anywhere.



path to executable is C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG9\Toolbar\ToolbarBroker.exe

Some program that you downloaded included the toolbar. Many times there will be a little box on the download page that you have to remove the check-mark from.

Look under Tools/Add-ons. You should be able to remove it from there.
