Help me find some software.

Help, I need to find some software that does hardware diagnostics and outputs to a printer. Have any of you heard of anything like this?

Price isn't a concern, speed and reliability is. What do you guys know of?

And let me be clear, nothing fancy. I just need a quick dirty little tester that prints a pass / fail checklist on the hardware devices.
