My girlfriend has started a website with reviews on various tactical gear from a woman's perspective and she needs input from women to see if she is headed in the right direction.

Take a look and let her know what you think.

Your girlfriend is Hard Core! I wish my wife was that into tactical stuff.

As another female who thinks the Tactical products aren't for guys only, great site. Like her holster, flashlight & Maxpedition choices!

I showed this to my wife. She enjoyed it. She was hoping to see some pics of her wearing the holster as she is searching for one herself and likes to see how other women dress when carrying. Though she understands people like to re-main anonymous sometimes when dealing with this subject.

Due to her line of work she does need to avoid any recognizable pictures but we can start adding pictures of how the items can be worn. That is exactly the kind of feedback she wants.

Thank you.

Thanks KeyserSoze for letting everyone know about my site. I am really grateful for everyone who has checked it out already and truly appreciate all the feedback!

I will be reviewing a lot more gear over the weekend, when I finally get some time off of work!

Thanks again!

I see great potential for this site, as most tacticool goodies are designed with large beefy men in mind. I plan on keeping an eye on it, for sure. Thanks for the heads up!

I really love Maxpedition Fatboy Versipacks for Everyday Concealed Carry as a female. But my first black one I have to admit did look a bit tactical. Saw one clever lady who did some embroidery on hers to make it look a bit less tactical. But alas I have not talent for that.

I cheered when they came out with their packs in colors. I'm currently carrying one in Royal Blue and recently bought a Maroon one as a backup in case they decide to drop the colors.

I got an Easy Button patch & a couple of other velcro patches and IMHO the pack looks very casual type of bag.

I did leave a comment on the Maxpedition website telling them as a female with an LTCF I appreciated the Fatboys in various colors.

One small suggestion I have would be a request that she post her height and weight, or a very generalized description, so that there's a little bit better reference information for the rest of us ladies.

For example, some builds allow for certain types of concealment options better than others do. Someone way taller than myself would give better reviews on the use and utility of a bigger gear bag than I could maybe manage.

Thanks LilWolfess for the suggestion and I will be adding those details today in the "About Charli" section. I think that would definitely be helpful!

I also added some pictures of me wearing the Galco holster to give a better idea of what it looks like on me. Check it out if you're interested! http://http://code6charli.com/2011/03/05/galco-conceal-carry-holster-pics/ (http://http//code6charli.com/2011/03/05/galco-conceal-carry-holster-pics/)

I am now in the midst of writing a review on my 5.11 women's pants. These pants leave much room for improvement as you'll see in the review!

Hope everyone is taking care of themselves!
