Wireless configuration

I have a Dell Vostro 1500 laptop with g Dell Wireless WLAN Utility card. I bought a Belkin N adapter. I set up Windows Wireless Configuration, went to start, run, services.msc , wireless config and set to automatic. Every time I reboot computer it says, can not view wireless networks because windows is not set to manage wireless network ? I appreciate all of your help in advance,

My bet is that Dell Control Point Connections Manager is responsible.

You need to select "Allow Windows to manage this connection"
