I have a single action only version of the P220 compact that for the most part I love
But...
After 6 months of carry I have concluded that I hate aluminum grips. Sure they are grips (read sharp) but they are horrible for a carry gun. They are sharp against the skin and they are generally cold, even more so when the weather is cold.
Is anyone making grips for these? I would love to find a set in g10 or micarta but even plastic would be an improvement.
If nothing else would it be possible to modify a pair of the base plastic grips?
