Ballistic Vests

So when I was in academy, it was suggested to me to order a men's ballistic vest, to avoid the "Madonna" look (I don't think my instructors realized that I'm not actually "flat"). I have been wearing the same vest for a few years and haven't had any problems yet, but I know some of my female friends were starting to have some back issues amongst others. Do most of you women that are LEO's have a female's vest that's darted? Anyone had both and have a preference? I'm sure a lot of it comes down to chest size, but I was just curious for other females' perspectives.

I'm not a LEO, so I'm not in one daily. When I am, I just grab one of the guys'. I don't need darts, so it doesn't matter.

You might want to post this in the police forum - you may need to wait 'til you have 100 posts on GT to do it (I think their forum has a minimum post requirement) - but you'll probably get more answers there (tho' they may be more humorous than helpful...).
