G19 Gen4 connector

I bought a Lonewolf 3.5 connector for my Gen4 G19. When I install it, I cannot get the slide on because the trigger bar won't clear the slide, but when I put the OEM connector back in, it closes fine. Am I doing something wrong, or is the connector for the Gen4 different?

Connectors should be the same.

Thanks, I had emailed them earlier. They told me to call if I couldn't get it to work. I tried again, and it works fine.
