Quad Rail Install. Super long gas tube, (newb help)

Hey ya'll. Well I guess you can say I'm brand spanking new to the modifying world of the ar15 and this forum. So Hi there.

Well I want to install a Daniel Defense Omega 7" rail on my cmmg mod4sa which i believe has the 16in 1/7 twist barrel. After taking off the stock hand guards I realized the gas tube is super long and I doubt the DD7" rail will cover it. What do I do??

That appears to be a rifle length gas tube or the photo is stretched,
you'll need to buy a rail that length.
