Any reason why this wouldn't work? I know the ones for a G26 have a different (lower) profile to them. I'm curious if it would effect the POA and POI.

They'll work just fine.

I'd actually prefer the G-19 sights because the rear sight can be used to manipulate the slide...

They work fine, I had them on my G19 before I switched to the XS sights because I shot better with 2 eyes open with them

Thanks for confirming. I also like being able to manipulate the slide like that.
