microsoft voice command 1.6 would probably be your best bet.

i haven't used it in quite a while, but when i did i had it reading me email headers when they'd arrive and i could use it to perform various functions on the phone by my voice. i believe using it to compose and send sms and email messages is a capability it provides for.
