Rings/Mount/Scopes

So i just purchased a rem 700 20 inch 308... i have acces to a 200, 600, and 1000 yard range. I dont know to terribly much about scopes and such.. but i wanna zero at 200 and adjust to 600-1000 thinking about this scope

idk about the moa adjustments im not sure about what it ranges on this scope. it really depends on my base.. thinking either egw zero or 20 moa , Depending on scope . I wanna spend 300 max on glass. Thanks for all the help!

I recently purchased a 700 VTR in 308. Based on product reviews, I went with DNZ Game Reaper one piece rings/mount (http://www.dnzproducts.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=66_2&zenid=7ie2brnhiepgkr67b5levmt1n3) and a Hawke Sidewinder Tactical 6.5x20 illuminated mil dot scope. (http://www.hawkeoptics.com/us/riflescopes/sidewinder_tactical/index.php) You can find it for about the same price as the one you are considering. Worth looking at, but I am not an expert on rifles/rings/mounts/scopes.

Come to think of it, I think I paid closer to $400 for the scope, but saved on the rings/mount with the DNZ. Perhaps still in your range considering the total package...
