Greetings! Looking at holster options and have some criteria for
your consideration:

IWB
Prefer leather
4-5 o'clock carry
Has to be tuckable
Weight of CCO is approx 45oz loaded
Wear jeans predominately
Hammer retention not an issue
Reholstering not an issue
Comfort is king--I sweat here in the Midwest

Thanks in advance! I really enjoy GT!

TT Gunleather rides a little lower than the MS VM II. Either is good. I prefer the TT Gunleather. If sweating a lot maybe look at Comp-Tac MTAC? Very comfortable.

Tim makes nice stuff. Similar pricing and wait time to Sparks though.

VMII and CBSTD are both great. The VMII rides high, the CBSTD tucks very well.

Since sweat is an issue, the Milt Sparks HR-LTD with the sweat membrane is a great choice. As comfortable, fast, and concealable as the VM-2 yet will protect the gun even more.

If your going to be looking at the Crossbreed and Comp-tac, also check out tucker gunleather's answer. It is probably the perfect hybrid holster. The non-exposed hardware on the body side makes it so comfortable to carry

I have a Garrett Silent Thunder Slim waiting on me at home. Hopefully I'll like it as much as I expect that I will.

Garret industries silent thunder. Kydex lined with Herman oak leather. Holster is hight / cant adjustable and tuckable. Quick drawing durable and very high quality for a kydex holster also these ship very quick 14 days or less if I remember correctly. If you must have leather you can't go wrong with a vm2 or a tt gun leather.

If comfort is your biggest issue I would go for a CompTac MTAC. While not as nice as the Milt Sparks VersaMax II, they are readily available for purchase, whereas the VersaMax II has a huge wait list. If you didn't need a tuckable holster, Brownells stocks the Milt Sparks Summer Special II

Big fan of the Montana from C5 Leather; good cant, nice tuck, comfortable for all day wear.
