Didn't know if you guys saw this or not, but this is apparently his first attempt at building a 1911. :wow:

Impressive to say the least, and I'm sure he'll sell the hell out of that frame fixture/jig he made!

They said it was because of the different parts used in the 10mm vs. other calibers and that the 10mm pistols were on the bottom of their priority list. However, a 45acp is about 12-14 weeks out. I believe I will be going with the 45 :cool:

Why would you not take and fill orders as they come in ? I dont understand wilson combat and the issues that come along with it. Every time I think of giving them money I look at my colt 1911 that came back with vice marks dug into the slide. Wilson was not interested in my gun being damaged by them.
