This listing back in January got no interest. Am I missing something? It looks like a nice gun for a fair price to me. (Is the price fair?) Just curious. :dunno:

i'll take a stab at it...the pistol is beautiful, the price is very fair...the economy stinks on ice.

Are you sure that the seller just didn't forget to put sold on it. If it were still available wouldn't the seller keep bumping it :dunno:

I saw it when it was originally posted. Bet the seller didn't re-list during the classifieds swap over. OP, pm seller and buy it before one of the 1911 sub forum whores does.

Yeah, no kidding. Bad idea to post a good deal in here. I wouldn't be surprised if someone already PM'd him and snatched it.

CJ was having a sale where the 1.5" PII was $1599, so that may be why it didn't sell.

That's why I didn't buy it.

Crazy John at Proload sells new Les Baer 1911 so cheap, it's impossible to justify buying a used one, at least for me.

He didn't realize that it adds 20% to the value of the gun.

I remember seeing that ad, and thought it was too much for a 3" gun. If it would have been a 1.5", I might have thought of shooting him an offer--not that I NEED another .45...
