i'll take a stab at it...the pistol is beautiful, the price is very fair...the economy stinks on ice.

I saw it when it was originally posted. Bet the seller didn't re-list during the classifieds swap over. OP, pm seller and buy it before one of the 1911 sub forum whores does.

I remember seeing that ad, and thought it was too much for a 3" gun. If it would have been a 1.5", I might have thought of shooting him an offer--not that I NEED another .45...:supergrin:
