Wanted a cheaper 1911 in 9 MM,Got a Ria and man i gotta say its on hell of a pistol.
trigger needs a little polishing gonna change sights but other than that this thing is MINT.
A buddy of mine got one before me I was so impressed i HAD to get one and im glad i did....

Funny,had one,traded it,regretted it everyday. Picked another one up on GOGs today. They are great pistols,nothing like shooting 9 outta a 1911.

The RIA 9mm 1911 is a sweet shooting pistol. I am well pleased with mine.

I actually bought one today. In. 45 thoight. Local shop sold me the RIA .45 for $459.99. I figured what the hell...gotta wait 3 days to pick though. Grrrrr.

Gratz I want one of them so bad its not funny but it had to take a back burner to other more practical needs:crying: You will have to give us some feed back on how it fires when you get a chance to take it to the range.

Shot my Ria 9mm today.....shoots great groups and i could not be happier with it !!!

At GOG different shops bid on a price. I got mine for $475 and supported a local business.

I looked at a RIA Tactical with the nickle frame the other day. Very nicely built gun with an excellent trigger!

I was "this close" to selling my Tactical FS in .45, but, I decided to keep it and sell the others for emergency funds. We had a medical emergency pop up after I bought a new Daniel Defense XV EZ AR15, and I have wanted an AR for a LONG time.

I'll buy the others again, but, I'll keep the 1911. :cool:

I'd rather save up and buy another gun, than sell one I have, unless it's lemon.:whistling:

Just picked up my first RIA myself. I got the tactical two tone nickel and matte black finish for $510 out the door.

While the feed ramp needs a bit of work to feed blunt nose rounds, it works flawlessly with ball and JHP rounds, so all in all, I'd say it's a great gun, and you got a great deal!
