Red dot, CT, or DG11 for carry

If I had to pick only one, it would be the light. I think that a flashlight is important because you must identify your threat. A laser is nice for awkward posititions and helps with point shooting, but it doesn't illuminate. A red dot is nice for a fast shot on target/threat, but it does not illuminate. Strictly SD thinking, I would rate flashlight first, then laser, then RD. I've been carrying a G17 with X300 & DG-11 Switch for about 3 weeks, and it is not heavy or uncomfortable for me. As the summer gets closer, it may be an issue though. Good luck with your decision.
