will a G23 Slide and barrel work on a G19 Frame?

If your G19 frame is a Gen3 (3 pin) you are good to go. It will handle the G23 or G32 top end. All you need to do is swap out the 9mm trigger housing to a 40/357 and have at it!

Nope, Gen 4... Any options with it?

The front of the Gen4 frame is open. You can install a Gen3 slide on it but it is UGLY.
