Glock problems when light attached to rail?

I was in a retail gun establishment and the owner informed me that he was about to purchase a large number of fairly new Glocks from a local Sheriffs Department pretty cheap.

As he explained it to me, allegedly there is a problem with Glocks cycling correctly when lights are attached to the accessory rail. Have you any information concerning his allegations?
