10MM Question

Hey Mas,
What do you think of Doubletap 10MM 135 JHPs (Noslers)? I load them in my Glock 20 as a night table pistol. I have a Streamlight TLR-2 (light/laser combo)and Tru Glo TFOs on the weapon, but is the velocity of this round so fast that it won't get the needed penetration? Or will it conclusively cease hostilities? (Assuming I do my part).

Damned if I know; never ran across a shooting with one. I can tell you that the Nosler 135 grain JHP was a helluva stopper in .40 S&W, as loaded by Cor-Bon to 1300 fps. Tended to fragment violently, the fragments doing corollary damage along the wound track, with the core of the bullet penetrating to about ten inches. I would expect even more fragmentation at the higher 10mm velocity, but that's just an educated guess.
