Please forgive me if this has been over before...
But what if any is the concern of the polymer (or as Glock haters say Plastic) degrading and cracking over time due to normal environmental exposure. I know this seems to be stretch but help me put my Sig fanboy in his place.

I have seen a few guide rods fail but never seen a frame fail from environmental exposure? Where did Sig fanboy dig that one up?
