Hello,
I bought a Sig Sauer P220 Elite in Stainless Steel in 2009. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time to practice and become proficient in the DA/SA weapon system. I also don't get .45 ACP ammunition for free like I do with the .40S&W.
I have tried looking on Gunbroker to get an idea for the approximate price for this weapon. Unfortunately, the P220's I saw where all new in box. I called a local gun tore in town, and they offered $500.00. Other stores advised that they either weren't buying Sigs, or would have to call me back when they started buying weapons again.
Should I continue to shop around, or is $500.00 what its going to be? I paid $1,100 for it in Nov. of 2009, and the weapon only has 150 rounds through it.
Thanks in Advance.
BTW - this is the exact weapon I own: http://www.sigsauer.com/CatalogProductDetails/p220-elite-stainless.aspx
