I just bought my first Glock, a Gen 4/G35. Only about 80 rounds down the tube so far, and no hiccups.
Bu I noticed that the head of the guide rod that sits in the little round notch is not at all rigid, and that it is flexed maybe 10-15˚ when in it's installed position.
Is this normal? Seems a little haphazard, and kind of cheesy to me. Is there a reason for the play in the guide rod head? Is there a rigid aftermarket alternative, or am I just worried about nothing?
