Lightest/Smoothest Trigger For Glock?

After putting in a Ghost 3.5 lb connector (everything else stock) I am pleased with my Glock's new trigger pull. But in the interest of accuracy, is there anything else that can be done to smooth or lighten the trigger? I have heard mention of the ".25 cent trigger job." Any idea what this is and if so, how to do it?
