9mm in Sig Mags?

I am getting a 9mm LW barrel for my 357. Will the conversion reliably function with 9mm ammo loaded in the Sig magazines?

Good question!
Yes you can use the original 40/357 magazines however the feed lips are wider so they allow a higher set in the mag. This can contribute to miss-feed issues. I have noticed 1/2 full mags run more reliable than complete full mags. Try it & see, you have nothing to loose and experience to gain.
We recommend using the correct magazine for every conversion because you will always get a superior feed. This will also help you avoid shooting the wrong ammo out of the wrong barrel. Its cheap insurance!
