There will ALWAYS be another crazy to take his place... this news actually makes me think that I/we should store more ammo....

If I didn't have any luck with virgins down here what makes you think I'd have better luck up there?

BTW... I didn't believe you guys so I called Barry, just got off the phone with him. He gave me his personal assurance that he is dead and thanked me profusely for my incredibly skilled help in locating him and passing on the information that resulted in a successful operation.

And you guys thought I was just another pretty face.

Yes the timing is kinda interesting, first they said he was killed this earlier week and they were waiting on DNA test before announcing the operation.
Now their saying the operation was today, Obama just said it was today and he approved it a week ago after an intel briefing? :dunno:

Oh they also said he might have escaped if he hadn't been trying to carry a 650 and several caliber conversions,,

I'm sure we'll be turning over the body to whatever group wants to enshrine his body for worship. Personally, I hope they bury him face down at a cross roads.

Based on your screen name I'm assuming you're either a firefighter or LEO, or both. I can pretty much guarantee you don't do it for the money... neither do they.

Money disappears with time... honor lives forever.

"Corporate run Media"? The fact the Media is a Corp. has nothing to do with the fact that they are in the pocket of the Left Wing Socialist Party, excuse me I meant the Democrat Party.

Do you really think he's dead. I have a friend that is Chinese. His family and friends are still living in China. He told me the talk is different there. They question this::

For cryin out loud.. do you think after America has splattered all over Global Media, that Osama was dead, that Al Qaeda wouldn't be on the news showing Osama making new speeches, or whatever, if he was alive? It would be the perfect opportunity to embarrass the US.

Osama is dead... pure and simple.

I used to think like you when it came to left/right, democrat/republican. Have you notice the last 4 presidents from George H Bush to Obama's policies are the same? Maybe you can tell the difference between George W Bush & Obama, different puppet same agenda. Obama now publicly praises Bush:wow:

Sorry to disagree, but as a former detractor of GWB, the difference is appeasement vs. slaughter.

I am a Gulf War I Vet. I didn't agree with us going into Iraq post 9-11. But I am very good at putting hurt soldiers back together, so I aggressively sought to go back to Iraq so I could help the wounded get back home. Left a cushy job in Germany to make that happen 14 months sooner than I was supposed to be allowed to in order to make that happen. Had to call in several markers to get there.....

Long story short, only after being there, and seeing what was happening first hand, did I understand. Saddam was an A-hole, and defied us without consequence for a long time, and along with Somalia, made us appear to be the paper tiger Osama believed us to be.

We went there for a few reasons.

#1. Real-estate. Location, location, location... period. The wahabi jihadists are located in the sunni strongholds of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Yemen, etc...... We had to go to Afghanistan to get OBL and the Taliban, but the sunni jihadists can't drive there. Shia Iran was in the way. And if you think they don't trust us, they don't trust each other even more. Look at the sectarian violence, it's there.

#2 Battle Field of our Choosing. We had an ethereal group of jihadists, organized into loosely attached cells, we needed a place to bring them together.

#3 So we chose our place. We had every legal right to invade Iraq. They violated the cease fire agreement. Multiple times, without recourse. Saddam should have been humble, he got what he got. He tried the same blustering that worked for him during the previous years, and we decided that his place was a good place to fight the wahabi's.

So we invaded Iraq. Kicked their buts in quick accord, faster and longer than any other armored assault in history. Then let things go a bit, to give the impression that we were vulnerable, and had a tenuous toehold in Iraq...

Then the jihadists came..... and we killed them in mass. They left their cells, joined up, and walked into a meat grinder. All of the "civilians" killed in Fallujah were military aged males.... from jordan, yemen, saudi arabia, etc.....

Gotcha.

It wasn't cheap. Many of our Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen paid the ultimate and many extreme lesser prices to exterminate the roaches, but that's what it was all about.

But it worked.

Barry, on Foreign policy, has a different approach.

On domestic and spending policy, I agree with you. They are all the same, and will spend us into the poor house until we all end up in a debtors prison.

You have to find a way to kill the bad guys, and we did.

I too served in the military, one thing I realized we never do anything to help others, every decision made by "high ranking officials" it's to obtain more power or money. I respectfully disagree in paying the ultimate sacrifice for someone who's power hungry. I don't know if you ever witness anyone in your unit get arrested or worst while on leave because he didn't respect or violated that particular country law. We have created a lot of resentment overseas because we impose our will on everybody. Imagine a complete stranger come to your house party & start disrespecting the women & destroying your property? Are you just going to stand there & watch or react to it? It gets me so "frustrated" knowing a lot of our brothers & sister are dying for all the wrong reasons. I don't want to start a argument about which side we are on.

If you believe the American Military never does anything to help others, then you've missed a lot.

There are plenty of history books that will disagree with you, so will I, respectfully.

No organization is free from "zero's". But neither are the free from Heroes.
