I ordered the EFX-A1 stock from Stag Arms for $90, it came with the stock, buffer tube, buffer, vented screw and spring. I previously had an A2 stock, but was directed to this stock by fellow member Foxnews_FTW. I haven't had a chance to take it to the range yet, but I have to say it is much more comfortable than the A2 and the cheek weld is excellent. Pics do not do this stock justice as I think it looks even better in person. I especially like the 3 sling mount options, 2 slots and 1 QD socket. The smooth lines of the stock are also a plus for me since it does not tear out any facial hair.

ETA: It's made in the USA by MagsLLC.

Here are some more close-up shots of the storage compartment. At the moment I put a field repair kit from Palmetto State inside, now I just need to get a small oil bottle....

I love mine, ordered from stag arms as well. $90 is a STEAL for a whole stock and buffer system.

I keep small CR123 sized oil bottles in mine, mind if I ask where you got that parts kit? :tongueout:

My review is on here, or was before the attack.

I got the parts kit from Palmetto State Armory. It was around $27 and has 3 Gas Rings, 2 Firing Pin Retaining Pins, Disconnector, Cam Pin, Extractor, Extractor Spring with Insert, Extractor Pin, Hammer Spring, Trigger Spring, Ejector Spring, Firing Pin and Selector Detent

Where did you get the CR123 sized oil bottles?

Thanks. I also googled Slip2000 and found that they offer bottles the size of a CR123 as well. I currently use Slip products, and since the machine gunners lube listed on Larue's site says not to mix with other lubes, I might order the Slip2000.

That's a good looking stock. How's the handling? Does it shoulder well?

I bought them in bulk from a online plastics distributor in NY. I don't remember the name, but unless you want to buy a metric ton like I did and sell them to re-coup. Check ebay.

You can store a BUNCH in the compartment, Im going to split the difference with one side parts the other oil. I also keep a spare bolt, firing pin and clip in the grip.

They sell breath drops in those bottles in fl. Not sure about here in sc. But you could use old Visine bottles and just fill them with a Syringe.

It handles nice and the rear pad has a decent "grip" to it. It was definitly an improvement over the A2.

Reminds me of a fixed UBR in a way.
