I doubt is would be self inflicted if it was to the chest probably more chance of it being a hit especially in that part of the country

I used to live and work bout 10 miles from there. I can tell you drug/human trafficking is pretty bad. It does sound like a hit or maybe a 'persuaded suicide.' Never know down there, corruption runs wild down there.
